Latest from the Sewing Machine

I am in two Round Robins this year - so far.  Both of my centers appeared earlier and the completed Border 1 on another's center has been shown.  Here is Border 1 for the second center - I was to turn the center on point and work from there.  Her center was 28 inches - which wasn't easy to turn on point.

Where did February go?!  Between work, sewing and therapy - oh yeah that little thing called Speed Weeks culminating with the Daytona 500 - last month disappeared.  However, with all the work I have done, I have finally finished physical therapy with the therapists.  Now I just complete exercises at home and walk as much as I can.  Fair enough.

Sewing has kept me really busy.  With pay it forward FaceBook gifts, two Round Robin Centers, Sunbonnet Sue Blocks, quilted post cards, floral disappearing 9 patch blocks, red and white disappearing 4 patch blocks, string heart blocks, a baby quilt and then finishing a border for someone else's quilt center and ready to work another - whew ---- See above.
Also made this little Doll Quilt for a Swap.

Now to finish Mom's birthday present - a lap quilt and to bake her a cake!
